The Guiding IT careers mentorship program is aimed at identifying and correcting the skills gap within the IT field while enabling our GirlCoders to have a broader perspective on the career options and opportunities that are available.
The purpose of the mentorship program is to provide an additional source of support for all our GirlCoders by providing them with the resources they need to navigate and guide them through their IT career paths.
